MobileAccess for Android is designed specifically for Android-based tablets such as the Samsung Galaxy Tab, providing mobile users with a familiar interface and rich experience when using Microsoft Dynamics CRM on their smartphone. Users can access and update CRM records on the fly, enjoy smart form logic, and use MobileAccess's core and advanced CRM features online and offline.

MobileAccess currently supports Android OS 2.2 – 4.0 inclusively. Some advanced features, such as GPS, camera and signature capture, may not be supported on all mobile devices due to inherited hardware limitations.
