SignalBox handles sensitive business relationship data — mailbox metadata, email content, CRM context, AI-generated signals, draft replies, credentials, and optional LinkedIn data. We design the platform to access only what a feature needs, encrypt high-value data, keep each organization's data isolated, and give customers direct control over connections, keys, and deletion. SignalBox is provided by TenDigits Software Inc.

Security at a glance

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and managed database encryption at rest, with application-level envelope encryption for high-value email personal data where implemented.
  • Encrypted vault storage for OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, and other secrets.
  • Organization-scoped access controls and database row-level security keep each customer's data isolated.
  • Customer-managed key (BYOK / external KMS) options for eligible enterprise configurations.
  • Immediate, irreversible organization deletion, with documented carveouts for customer-owned systems and lawful retention.
